A new tut...finally AC for language

Dang, i have been tooooo busy lately, working long hours and my days off..well the Mojo Fairy is a real PITA, not leaving me any darn mojo dust, grrrrr! But I managed to do this one the other day, and finally got it posted just now. This one is for another new team, using a PTU kit from Stef's Scraps, she has some awesome stuff! So take a look, hope you all like it :)

And a couple of side notes here, I used Lady Mishka's tube at the time of this writing she is in the process of leaving PTE, and will update as to where she will be selling her tubes when that info is released.

Artists, I for one am a supporter of your art, no matter where you sell at, the drama involved behind staying/leaving, etc...means very little to me. As long as I can continue to purchase tubes, scraps, whatever the case may be, I'll go where the artists are. Frankly, that aspect of the tagging community, it just wears me out. I DON'T CARE about the drama, I'm here to tag, tut and HAVE FUN creating cool stuff with the art I love and FOR the artists I love. Companies, THANK YOU for giving us accessibility TO that art and helping keep a sense of order about things. IRL employees and employers come and go, so the tag world should be no different. Who leaves and why is none of our business. I wish LM and Leo and any artists changing their venues the absolute BEST of luck and I will buy your works as long as they are out there to be purchased :)

In case you might have missed it, we lost a Hollywood icon, bigger than Hollywood itself recently, Liz Taylor. Keith Garvey, pinup artist and all around great guy did a pic of her and gave the world free usage of the image. I snagged it up quicker than you can say Cleopatra and tubed that sucker! I then sent the link to it to Keith, to share on his page if he chose to and he DID! WOWZERS, image an artist of Keith's magnitude granting me that recognition, and today I looked and found hundreds of downloads and even a nice list of thank yous! Hmmmm maybe I should start looking into tubing now......any artists need a hand?? LOL

In case you didnt see the posts on Facebook, here is the link to the tube. Please, give Keith proper credit when using this, if not his site link at least put ©Keith Garvey on your tag. I would LOVE to see anything you make with her, and you can email tags to me for Keith and I'll get those to him. I know he loves to see results of our love for his art :)

It's been an honor and a privilege to be a part of this project, and I want to say thank you to Artmama for creating all of this and to the other designers and contributors for all your help.

My daughter visited New Zealand in 2007 as a student ambassador, and she loved it and its people so this hit close to home for me.

Again, check it out and even if you can't get the kit, at least make a donation to the Red Cross for this worthy cause.

What a week!

Well, its been a long week, and this is my first real day off, so I finished a tut i started like 4 days ago, and just got it posted!

I couldn't believe i saw SNOW here in central Texas! We had daytime temps in the teens with lows in the single digits, but the wind chill was in the negatives, so yeah, even this Yankee was cold! But, after 2 days of this, it shot back up to 70, so I think I'm ok with enduring a couple days of cold to see several days of warm weather :P

I'm trying to work on some other projects, look for those updates.

I feel like I'm kinda getting into a slump and don't know if anyone is doing my tuts. Opinions? Ideas? Wow, since I've been back online, I've been on a ROLL! I got 3 new tuts posted today, have joined a couple new Creative teams and been working in the forum. I'll be posting later on with more of the details, but thank goodness school's in session, or I would never have time for all this, LOL!

I do want to link here first, the forum I co-admin called PSP Party Central. If you haven't checked it out yet, I urge you to do so. We have all sorts of fun stuff to do in there, and its still relatively small, so not a ton of members to get shuffled to the side. Everyone gets recognition for their efforts! First, I gotta say, I am just in LOVE with the tube I used in this one, Rac has done it again!! Not too mention, the template has my name alllll over it! Seriously, its my nickname from my hubby, lol!

I used a gorgeous PTU kit from Bea Creations for my layout and header (which is also a tut HERE ) and in case you wondered, the poser tube in my header is one of 3 custom posers I won from Spookie Lil One, an artist licensed with the awesome site, Mistaken Art! Yes, it does actually look like me! :)

So go ahead and grab my new blinkie, this one actually took me longer than 10 minutes to make, LOL!
